What are Clinical Trials?
Clinical trials like STEADFAST are research studies conducted and managed closely by physicians to determine whether new treatments are both safe and effective. They are the best way for researchers to find new ways to detect, treat, and, hopefully, find a cure or to prevent Alzheimer's disease. Most treatments and procedures used today are the result of past clinical studies.
Participating in the STEADFAST Study will give you the opportunity to help determine if a new investigational medication, azeliragon, slows the progression of symptoms in Alzheimer’s disease.
